The clubhouse construction is coming along quickly. Right now all the walls are up and they are installing the plumbing and wiring into the wall panels. This will be followed by spraying the walls to complete the building to grey state.

This house is waiting for the roof cement to dry before adding the final touches to bring it to grey state.

Grading the location of the hillside condominiums continues this Monday morning.

Work continues on the Vista al Mar community retaining walls and four Row D houses.

Work continues to complete the first eight homes of Row A in the Vista al Mar community. Currently there are fifteen homes under construction and the clubhouse.

Digging the hole for the waste water treatment plant lift station. It is located by the 15th hole and pumps the grey water to the treatment plant.

The hole for the lift station incomplete. Next we pump the water out and build a concrete base for the lift station.

Working on installation of lift station for the waste water treatment process. The lift station pumps the waste to the treatment plant located by the equestrian center.

The power lines are currently being installed above ground to the back of the Vista al Mar community. From there they will travel will travel underground throughout the Vista al Mar and Las Playas communities.

The back nine holes at Ceibo Valley Golf Course are home to dunes on all but one hole. Shown here is a great example of the dunes on the par three 15th hole. What a great look it adds to the golf course.
