LAS OLAS LAUNCHES SALES PROGRAM

Bahia de Caraquez, Manabi Province, Ecuador, April 12, 2014

Las Olas is pleased to announce the launch of our regular sales program. A selected group of lots are now available for sale to the general public for the first time.

Last year, Las Olas tested the North American market’s desire to purchase either a full-time residence or second home on the beautiful Manabi coast of Ecuador through a limited Founder’s Club offering.  Las Olas was extremely pleased with the results of that initial trial which officially came to a close on December 17th of last year.  “The invaluable input from our Founder’s Club members helped us form the Las Olas community.  It is not just our vision, it is a combination of the wants and needs of our community members that makes Las Olas special” said David Maksymuik, Founding Partner, Las Olas Ecuador.

Las Olas is happy to announce the opening of our sales office on Bahia and the release of additional homes and condos in three of the six communities.

Our Founder’s Club members proved to be an active group!  For this reason Las Olas created a wide variety of activities showcased by a world class golf course, a beach club – complete with a spa and restaurants, a tennis club, a state of the art equestrian center and a 650 acre nature reserve with hiking, biking and horseback riding trails.

Las Olas is a private oceanfront golf course community located on a 15 mile stretch of unspoiled beach on the Pajonal coast of Ecuador.  The Founders, Randy Russ and David Maksymuik created a community they want to live in.  A community inspired by the past where people know their neighbors on a first name basis.  “People don’t just live in their homes” says David Maksymuik, “they live in their community as well”.   “Our model is based on the future as well” says Randy Russ.  “The technology is built into our homes maximizing protection from the elements and respecting nature at the same time”.
