Grading and terracing of our unique oceanfront terraces in the Las Playas, Vista al Mar and Vista Turqueza communities which will provide virtually every home a spectacular ocean view continues. Construction of several retaining walls is completed and we continue to build new retaining walls as each new level of terracing is completed.
